We create a very specific set of construction specifications for each home we build that is included as part of the contract to protect both parties and also is a very intricate tool for the builder during construction.

Getting Started
To get started, the president and owner of Trademark would like to meet with you and discuss your ideas, desires and overall vision of the home you would like to build or your remodeling project. If you do not already have a set of plans, our in-house designer would love to meet with you and create your plans. Once blueprints and specifications are complete, we will provide a quote to build your specific home as you have designed it. After acceptance of the proposal, we begin to prepare for permitting and construction.

Design Selections
Once you have completed a purchase contract, you will have the opportunity to select finishes for your home such as floor coverings, cabinets, light fixtures, appliances and plumbing fixtures. We work with local trade partners who have wonderful showrooms where you can see, touch and compare the items you choose for your home. These selections can also be completed online from any location for clients who may not be able to visit the showroom.

During Construction
Once construction begins, you will begin to see your dream become a reality. We provide you with an update on the progress of your home throughout the construction process. This is done through weekly email updates, complete with the construction status and pictures as well as frequent on-site meetings during construction. Meetings on site are scheduled with the client at pertinent times during the process such as before rough-ins and before drywall. Clients are also welcome to visit the site with a Trademark representative at any time they wish. We feel open lines of communication are very important to ensure your satisfaction as our client. This also gives you opportunities to ask questions and learn during the process.

Completion
Once your home is complete, we conduct a new home orientation. During the orientation, we demonstrate all aspects of your home so that you may learn how to operate, maintain and enjoy your new home. Building a home is a team sport which involves healthy client relationships and strong business partner relationships. Together these allow for an enjoyable building experience for all. Each and every Trademark home comes with a 10 year structural warranty, backed by nationally recognized Bonded Builder's Warranty Group.
