The Hampshire has a total of 3515 heated square feet and features an inviting front entry, 2-story foyer, 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Some unique features include a large master closet, keeping room and buddy bath on the second floor.
The Springdale has a total of 3278 heated square feet and features a downstairs master suite along with a study and guest bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms as well as a bonus/hobby room and optional fifth bedroom over the garage.
The Newcastle Design has a total of 3363 heated square feet and also features a master suite downstairs. The large front porch offers great curb appeal and functionality while the octagonal front living room adds character. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths with lots of walk-in storage space.
The Sedgefield Design has 3155 heated square feet. This home also includes a downstairs master suite as well as an optional 4-car garage. The totals include four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and an optional bonus room on the second floor.
The William Nicholas has 2565 heated square feet and includes three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a bonus room over the garage. The family room includes a gas fireplace with built-in bookcases and flows into the kitchen creating an open atmosphere.
