Thank you for considering Trademark Builders for your next project. As a client of Trademark Builders, you will enjoy a personalized building experience tailored to your needs. Building a new home or remodeling can be a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Trademark found that the more organized and prepared a builder is, the better the building experience is. Trademark spends quite a bit of time planning for the project before construction actually begins. This alleviates confusion, miscommunication and mistakes during construction. We create a very specific set of construction specifications for each home we build that is included as part of the contract to protect both parties and also is a very intricate tool for the builder during construction.

Getting Started

Whether you are building a new home or remodeling your kitchen, Trademark has streamlined the selection process to make our initial meeting simple and enjoyable rather than leaving you feeling overwhelmed. At this meeting we will also learn your ideas, desires and overall vision for your project, assuring that we also share your same vision. Once your building plans and construction specifications are complete, we will provide a fixed-price proposal to build your home or renovation exactly as you have designed it. When a contract is signed with us, the proposed price will not change unless you initiate it with a change order. We have no hidden costs or additional fees to add during construction.

Design Selections

Once you have completed a purchase contract, you will have the opportunity to select finishes for your project such as floor coverings, cabinets, light fixtures, appliances and plumbing fixtures. We work with local trade partners who have wonderful showrooms where you can see, touch and compare the items you choose for your home. Selections can also be completed online from any location for clients who may not be able to visit the showroom. Our interior decorators are also willing and able to assist in your selections if you so desire. Our decorators are some of the best in the area and bring years of experience for the benefit of our clients.

During Construction

Once construction begins, you will begin to see your dream become a reality. We provide you with an update on the progress of your home throughout the construction process. This is done through regular email updates, complete with the construction status, pictures and any other pertinent information about your project. Frequent on-site meetings are scheduled with the client at pertinent times during the process such as before rough-ins and before drywall is hung. Clients are also welcome to visit the site with a Trademark representative at any time they wish. We feel open lines of communication are very important to ensure your satisfaction as our client. This also gives you opportunities to ask questions and learn about your home during the construction process.

Completion

Once your home is complete, we conduct a new home orientation. During the orientation, we demonstrate all aspects of your home so that you may learn how to operate, maintain and enjoy your new home. Building a home is a team sport which involves healthy client relationships and strong business partner relationships. Together these allow for an enjoyable building experience for all. Each and every Trademark home or structural remodel comes with a 10 year structural warranty, backed by nationally recognized Bonded Builder's Warranty Group. Rest assured that we do not disappear once your home closes.
